Mask with sweeping black hair that thins towards the ends, an angled, prominent brow, sunken eye sockets with small, oval eye holes, protruding ears at the sides, a hooked nose with pointed tip and large nostrils, a pursed mouth, and black cloth attached to the top of the head with metal nails. The mask is pointed black with white and red bands around the eye holes, red nostrils with white borders, white curvilinear lines under the eye sockets, and red lips.

Hawk with a crane's neck and head above the body of the hawk. The neck of the crane forms an extension of the hawk's neck. Wings consist of slats of wood and canvas. Both heads move together, controlled by strings that hand from the front and inside of the mask. Colours are black, green, blue, red, yellow and white.

Brown wood rattle consisting of two rounded pieces put together, each with a semi-cylindrical handle, creating a full rounded oval rattle nailed together on the handle which is also bound with brown string. Along either sides of each piece, there is a hole to bind the two pieces together with white string and cedar bark fringes. Pieces are also bound together at the top with white string and cedar bark fringe. Sketchy designs of waves and dots are painted in black on both sides. One side has double wavy black lines with three green dots within at either side and green dots all around it with a central black triangle at the narrower end and a horizontal black band across near the middle. The other side has mirror image s-curves at either side with black dots in between and a pair of black dotted panels above and a horizontal black band across near the handle end.

Wooden winged puppet; in the form of a human-like female figure, painted white, with wings on her back. The spread wings are decorated with stylized U-forms, split U’s, S shapes and ovoids. The arms are bent at the elbows with the forearms extended and palms facing up. The face is white with red, black and brown detailing. Silver foil under the eyes. The chest has two red, outlined, U-forms. The head, wings, shoulders, elbows and feet are all moveable. The colours are white, red, black, and green.

Carved, wooden, raven mask with a long beak. The beak is hinged with rubber pieces, nailed to the underside of the mouth. The beak is painted black with red edging. There is a red stylized split U-form as the nostrils. The eyes are white, outlined in black on a green, ovoid shaped background; brow is black. The inside of the mask is hollow. There is a rectangular piece attached to the top, back rim. The mask is painted black, red, green and white with Northwest Coast stylized designs.

Whale MaskA4506

Whale mask, or headdress. Body has two dorsal fins, pectoral fins, a tail, and jaw that are all movable. A ridge extends up and over the nose and head from the lips. All fins are covered with designs in white, red and green. The double dorsal fins each have an oval hole at the centre. The body of the mask is painted black with white, red, and blue designs, including a scalloped design that extends from the mouth over the head to behind the dorsal fins. The face is blue around the eyes, withe and black above and below the red nostrils, the lips are red, and there are white crescent-shaped design elements beside the corners of the mouth. The tail has a painted face design.
