Three wooden crossbars separate the rawhide latticework into three main sections, with a mesh-like pattern at the two ends and open, rectangular grid-like strapping in the centre. Tufts of red fabric and bristly white hair are tied along the centre of the front and back panels.

The belt is long and narrow with silver beads sewn onto a doubled red wool band. The beads are sewn in five long rows and completely cover the red band except for the ends. The fibre used for sewing is brown.

Imbricated design of alternating bands of horizontal stripes in black cherry bark with cat-tail grass (?) in between, and red cherry bark with cat-tail grass (?) between. The foot has two rows of imbrication, one black and one white. Lid has two of these horizontal bands of stripes as on body, and double row of red in centre of lid. Twine handle.
