A wood rattle that is hollow at either end with three clappers strung with fibre inside each end. The edges are scalloped. There is a face carved on either side, one is that of a man and the other is that of a girl with horizontal pig tails. Light tropical wood.

Fertility FigureK2.37

Fertility figure (akuaba) with a flat, disc-shaped head. High oval forehead, curved upraised brows, oval eyes, a long vertical nose, a pair of horizontal upraised marks on each cheek, and a small mouth at the bottom of the face. Five rings are carved around the neck. The short horizontal rectangular arms are outstretched to the sides with fairly flat breasts below. The lower half of the body is cylindrical and ends with a base at the bottom. Red bead earrings and beaded necklace. String of yellow beads around the base. Polished black.

Pair of brown sandals (parts a and b) with middle toe strap that is tacked down with a metal nail. Toe strap extends to the sides of the sandal. A separate band of green, white, and red cloth edged with skin. Sole is rounded at one end, is tapered in the middle and is pointed at the back of the sole. Low wedge heel. Small brass tacks on sole.

Bracelet made from six carved rectangular panels with two carved beads between each. The carvings include: halibut(?), igloo, waterfowl, rabbit, and seal(?). Each carved animal has a black inset eye. There is a carved clasp that fits into a fibre loop.

Rectangular hanging with muskox below leaping male figure on a white background. The muskox is depicted in profile, facing right. The jumping person is shown facing straight forward, with arms and legs bent back and to the sides. A dark teal circular hood around the stitched facial features. The figure has hair, which extends out from the hanging. The four corners have light brown triangles. Plaited border of off-white and black. Signature in syllabics in the bottom left near corner.
