Columns of plain diamonds decorate walls of basket. Column height alternates; every other one ends at either the edge of the base or extending onto it. Pattern visible on both interior and exterior. Basket is dyed dark brown, designs are natural golden brown.

The coils forming the lip are secured together with angled multi-coloured braids. Patterns are visible on interior and exterior. Basket is golden brown, designs done in dark brown. Vase-like beer basket (part a) with lid (part b). Basket has a circular opening with a gently sloping neck that flares into a rounded body, before tapering into a flat base. Large circle decorates base, walls decorated with linear and geometric motifs. There are two hourglass-like sections on either side of basket, with zigzag panels in between. Hourglass-like sections have hourglass-like designs in their centre, made up of alternating triangle motifs, and flanked with distorted diamonds. Zigzag panels are filled with diamond outlines. Lid has an extended lip and interior ridge, that fits into the container body. Assortment of triangle designs extend inward from lid edge. Patterns on both components are visible on interior and exterior. Both components are golden brown, designs done in dark brown.

Circular basket with flared opening. Rim protrudes outward at an angle, walls curve into a square base. Walls are made of dyed grass strands and woven together with naturally coloured palm leaf, covering the walls in a small checkered design. Additional palm leaf woven throughout, creating geometric and floral motifs. Sections of grass are woven together in centre of base, forming a crossed square. Four-petal flower surrounds square, with petals extending upward to rim of basket. In between the petals are small diamonds with checkered backgrounds; through the middle of the diamonds are “X”-shapes. Patterns are visible on interior and exterior. Basket is light yellow, designs done in dark brown.

Circular basket with flared opening. Walls slope into a convex base. Walls decorated with loosely woven stripes, alternating between brown-grey and light brown-yellow. The brown-grey stripes are wider than the light brown-yellow. Rim is dyed dark brown-red, base is covered in loosely woven brown-grey palm leaf. Patterns are visible on interior and exterior.

Wood rattle carved in the shape of a duck. Formed with two pieces, top and bottom, that are tied together on each side with black cloth. Pieces are also secured together with nails at the end of the handle and underneath the duck head. Duck’s eyes are drilled into face, beak has been lost. Body is large and rounded on both sides. Tail functions as a long handle. Ends angle outward, forming a “V” shape. Label attached to inner top section of tail. Handwritten text across back. Rattle is hollow, and filled with pebbles and small sheets of metal. (Original ties, likely hide or root, are gone).

Doll, in standing position, with a stone face. Eyes are incised, nose and mouth are carved in relief. Figure is wearing dark blue wool clothing, consisting of a parka, pants, mittens and boots. Parka has white fur trim on the hood, cuffs and front bottom edge. Back of parka extends into a long flap, bordered with a wide white band. Pants have two white embroidered lines on each leg. Leg openings bordered with large white bands, decorated with pink embroidered lines. Boots have two white embroidered lines around their centres. Vamps are light grey. Manufacturer’s mark attached to back interior of parka.
