Circular woven basket with a flat bottom, straight, vertical sides and a flat lid that is attached to the basket with ties on one side--two loops to be tied together with string are on the opposite side of the lid and top of the basket. Three concentric circles of black, red, and gold enameled willow ring the lid, while three similar bands encircle the sides of the basket.

Bark is bent and laced into place with birch twine around the rim overcast with birch root and beaded with black wire-like material; rim also has four open space filled with black cloth. Geometric and linear patterns are scratched onto the exterior sides, revealing a lighter shade of bark.
