Circular based chair has rectangular back and curved armrest with same decorative intertwined bamboo splints. Bamboo splints interwoven in plait-like weave on seat, surrounded by bamboo grass tied with bark. Support of 2 inverted v shaped branches, one part of branch in base the other extends behind chair; all joints affixed with black glue. Criss-crossing bark under seat, and wrapping around rim underneath gathered bamboo grass. Base: wide smooth overlapping wood strip forms circular base; crisscrossing bamboo strips extend upward from base to wooden rim at bottom of chair seat. Black adhesive is used on all joints.

Imbricated horizontal design of flowering plant, in dark cherry with red cherry centers, alternating with reverse colour configuration. Lid has cedar bark lip, and imbricated design of crosses, in red cherry bark with black centers, alternating with reverse colour configuration.

Woven grass mat with a fine weave. There is a centre cone shape between two lines against a yellow, green and purple background. The conical motif suggests an architectural figure flanked by towers. There are borders on each end with green, orange and dark red bands.
Flute consisting of hollowed bamboo held together by crisscrossed fibre. Three rings of cassowary feathers, one at the bottom, middle and top. Just below the top ring is a small hole carved out of the bamboo. The top feather ring is woven on tightly with fibre which covers this area. The stopper of the flute, above the top feather ring, is a human male figure standing full front with arms down to the side. His head is disproportionately large to the rest of his body. Standing behind him is small bird which is resting its hands on the shoulders of the human figure. Its long beak extends over the head of the human figure. The creature has ridges along its back. Tassels come out of these ridges. The bamboo and the fibre ties are covered in a black stain.

One band has a diamond motif, one has repeated diagonal lines and the other has repeated diamond motif. The ends of the mat have striped bands. One end has a short fringe in yellow, green and orange.
