Carved wooden instrument with a series of evenly carved ridges, protruding outward and running along the front of the piece. A hole is bored through the bottom for a handle and the bottom portion curves back slightly. Thick decorative lines are carved into the sides of the instrument; “Braea Purtugal” is also carved on one side. The playing stick (part b) is a short piece of bamboo cut into strips on the bottom. The top of the instrument is carved as the head of a man with a beard and mustache, protruding nose, lined cheeks, carved eyes and heavy, wrinkled brows. His mouth has a bored hole at centre that holds a small wooden pipe (part c).
Small woven basketry bag decorated with pink, yellow, and green wool bunches held together with string, beads and small white shells. Diamond shaped design in red and green fibre are woven into the body of the bag. An intermittent fringe of wool hangs from the bottom of the bag along with strands of grass. The shoulder strap consists of 5 twisted strands of grass attached in a knot with red and green wool.
Rectangular basketry bag woven in a diagonal pattern. Long grass fringe at both bottom and top. Decorated with multi-coloured fabric strips attached to bad with beaded and seed thread. The top three attachments also hold carved teeth. The handle is five twisted pieces joined together by a knot at top.

Central band has a "meander" pattern. 2 bands of parallelogram shapes in natural grass on green and on red. Rows of natural/red/natural/orange/natural on button handle. Base is mixed twined work. Sides and lid are plain twined with false embroidered design.
