Rectangular mat with two staggered edges. Twenty-seven stems are tied together at each end by brown stitching made of stem. Has a mottled finish achieved by charring. Light and dark brown.

Basket, rectangular in shape, with wide strips of bamboo used for the base, narrow strips used for sides, and a rim composed of bent bamboo wrapped in strips of bamboo. Carved base cross supports with two feet on opposite corners.

Light brown coloured circular grass mats (parts a and b) decorated by radiating rows of stitched coils that are bound together by additional stitching that gathers in the centre of the mat.

Rectangular open-weave basket. Dark brown colour inside. Rim is tied with wire in ten places.

Bamboo stalks tied together with cane stem on either side. Jagged edge. Plain with dark finish. Unmarked.

Fibre bag, rectangular in shape made of maroon and light brown fabric. The body has dyed green grass woven into horizontal bands. Running vertically is two sections of two stripes of white oval shaped seeds; seeded floral-like shapes along the sides. The handle strap is made of a strip of maroon and light brown fabric, folded down the middle. Along the outer bottom edges is a long threaded fringe. Slit opening at the top.

Dark brown wooden spear with two pointed ends and a central grip made of reptilian skin wound on both ends with cord.

Manioc strainer and press. Long, narrow, basketry tube. Woven from thin strips of black and undyed stem(?) in a herringbone pattern. One end is open, with a woven loop protruding from one side of the rim, while the other end is closed and has a loop bound with twined cord protruding from it.

Cylindrical container with three plain red bands and a woven band on the lid. Has a pick that is attached with string that goes through the contained and lid.

Cylindrical container with a lid (part b) and tobacco within. The container (part a) has an intricate engraved geometric and plant design is over the bamboo case and consists of the following designs from top to bottom: vertical lines above semi-circles; diamond shapes that have horizontal lines within; plant-like swirls; interconnected swirls; plant-like swirls; diamond shapes that have horizontal lines within; and vertical lines below semi-circles. Bound at each end with dark brown-black horn bands. The cap (part b) has a worn geometric pattern of triangles with a knob at the top. Design is emphasized with dark pigment.
