The lid (part b) is rounded and has a blue sunburst-like centre at the top with two purple, two pink, and two blue birds around it, and a horizontal row of purple around the side.

There are two handles at the shoulder. The lid is conical with a short cylindrical handle at the top centre and a lip that fits inside the rim of the base.
