Small, rectangular carrying basket with rounded edges and two leather strip handles. Coiled with bifurcated stitches and slat bottom and sides. Cedar root with beaded designs in red and black wild cherry bark. Geometric design in alternating rows of red and black in four horizontal rows: the long sides have red in the middle with black at either side and the short ends have red.

Purse-like carrying basket with two wrapped loop handles. Has the shape of a round rectangle and is coiled with bifurcated stitches, also having slat bottom and sides. Cedar with imbricated design in grass and wild cherry bark in geometric motifs. Diamond shaped motif on the two ends with arrow shapes on the two sides.

Oval, natural coloured coiled basket (part a) and lid (part b). Basket has high sides and lid has a three-tiered coiled lip that fits over the basket.

Small straw mat of coarse weave. Pattern of weave is sole decoration. Colour is natural. Warp cord is visible at one end where tied off.

Rectangular grass mat of fine regular weave. In the centre of the mat is a natural-coloured rectangle. Within the rectangle are two green blocks with a peacock motif. Around the rectangle is a large border with green geometric, vine and floral motifs. The ends of the mat have striped bands. Long weaving threads are tied off at one end.

Round coiled basket (with bifurcated stitches) with lid (b). Watch-spring coiled bottom. Imbricated geometric design on a and b, of hexagons joined by horizontal band, in dark and red cherry bark with grass in between. Lid has raised knob and flat cedar slat construction on lower edge. One row of cherry bark beaded on bottom.

Heart-shaped coiled basket; watch-spring base construction. Imbricated design of five hearts around outside with a double outline in red and black cherry bark.

Octagon, coiled basket (with bifurcated stitches) , slat bottom and wrapped loop rim. Imbricated butterfly design on 4 sides or dark and red cherry bark, and very faded diamond motif on 4 other sides in cherry bark.

Oval, coiled basket (part a) with lid (part b). Slat bottom on the sides and the lid. Lid (part b) has a handle in the centre and two rows of red and black cherry bark in a beaded design. Basket body (part a) and lower edge of the lid (part b) have continuous bands of white grass beading around the circumference. Each band is composed of three narrow strips.
