Part (a) Oval coiled basket (bifurcated stitches) with flanged lid, part (b). Fully imbricated in plain and coloured cat-tail grass (?). Two rows of short zig-zag shapes, in different combinations of green, red, blue, yellow, brown. Intervals of three stitch blue designs along rim. Lid is not imbricated, but outer rim and top of rim are beaded in green cat-tail grass (?), one row of faded blue cat-tail grass (?) runs around parallel rows of green and brown beaded grass.

The design from bottom to top consists of discrete animal figures; horizontally connected diamond figures; discrete animal figures; discrete triangular figures; discrete triangular figures (closer together), all in red on bullrush background; base is imbricated in bullrush. Parts b and c are two, semi-circular cedar splints that attached to the basket with a fibre tie (part d). Colour: tan.
