Devil mask. Long narrow-faced mask, mainly black in colour; the horns are brown-black coloured, are turn inwards. Below the left horn a skin ear is upturned, while on the right, a skin ear is down-turned. Two eyes are slanted on a diagonal, are outlined in red and have black and white pupils. Around the perimeter and down to the snout are two snakes that have black, yellow, red, and white alternating stripes of colour. The nose on the snout is upturned and is yellow in colour. The mouth is open and has two white coloured pieces on either side of the corners of the mouth. There are four white coloured teeth on the bottom and the top of the gums.
Deer-like animal mask with red coloured face overall. Horns at crown of forehead each have three points, taper at the end, curve slightly inwards, and have blue and red coloured alternating stripes. Just below the horns are two close-set eyes, each with black coloured eyelids and under eyes and blue coloured eyeballs with black coloured pupils. On each side of the face parallel to the eyes are two long black coloured skin ears that taper on the bottom, widen in the centre and then taper at the top. The animal snout is black and has a slightly opened mouth with a protruding tongue that is red in colour.
Green coloured devil/animal mask with articulated jaw and row of white teeth. On the snout, there is a white lizard design carved in relief, and cut-out oval eyes with green oval-shaped pieces of glass(?) located above each eye. There is a snake design carved in relief on either side of the jaw that extends from the base of the snout to the top of the eyes. Thick horns on the forehead curve inwards and are painted with bands of red, green and white alternating stripes. Four hair strands flow over the forehead from the top of the mask.
Devil mask. Oversized horns protruding upwards from forehead, with alternating yellow, red, white and black coloured stripes. Two split snakes with alternating yellow, white, red and black coloured stripes are carved on the centre of the face, extending from the jaw around the eyes to the snout. On either side, below the square-shaped cut-out eyes, are two lizard-like relief carvings. The mouth is wide open and has white teeth on the top and bottom, a fibre tongue hanging over the edge of the bottom row of teeth and a yellow coloured ball in its mouth.
Red devil mask with long tapered, beige, out-turned horns. Oval-shaped cut-out eyes with painted black eyebrows, head hair, moustache and beard hair. Chin protrudes from face to a squared-off point. Mouth is wide and open. Inner part of mouth is red.
Animal mask with circular cut-out eyes, a long nose carved in relief, an opened smiling mouth with white coloured teeth and oversized ram(?) horns curling at the tapered end. Overall, from the top, face has red, yellow, green, blue and red coloured bands across it.
Animal mask with opened mouth, oversize protruding lips, humped nose, cut-out eyes, and long horns. Cheeks, jaw, inner eye brows and outer lips are green coloured with light white-yellow crackle. The inner mouth, top of lip, nose, and head are painted red. The nose and forehead have yellow painted highlights coming through the red paint. Above each eye brow, horns curve inward and are lightly painted with red on their tips.
Man’s outer coat, or parka, of brown caribou fur, with a rounded close-fitting hood, with white fur trim. Coat is thigh length; the back is slightly rounded and longer and front has a slit in the middle. Bottom of coat is outlined with a white band of fur that goes up the slit in the front accentuating it. Fringes of white fur are attached to the bottom of this border. The sleeves are trimmed with a narrow strip of white fur. In the middle of the back of the coat a horn toggle is attached.
Shadow puppet of male figure with gold face in profile. Represents the character Arjuna, Pandhawa Prince. Long neck with six black lines, projecting out from body. Long nose, open mouth with three teeth. Hair tied into curved plait that joins at top of head with two purple, white, green, gold, yellow and red attachments. Skirt is gold and brightly coloured with bird motif, torso is bare. Hair and skirt finely perforated. Long, jointed arms attached to controlling rods. Each hand has one red and two blue rings. Feet are joined heel to toe by red strip.
Part a is a steel knife with a black coloured cow horn handle. Handle has two sets of four metal bands alternating with three black coloured bands. On the bottom of the knife handle there is a circular piece of metal with two black circle outlines by the edge of the metal circle. Part b is a camel skin sheath that is sewn up one side (with sinew?). Near the opening, on either side of the stitching there are two flaps of extra skin. On the tip there is a cylindrical wrap of skin. There are burnt geometric and linear designs on both sides and top of the sheath.
