The item search helps you look through the thousands of items on the RRN and find exactly what you’re after. We’ve split the search into two parts, Results, and Search Filters. You’re in the results section right now. You can still perform “Quick searches” from the menu bar, but if you’re new to the RRN, click the Search tab above and use the exploratory search.

Stone figure of a woman. Woman stands, wearing an amauti style parka, with a flap that falls mid-thigh at front and to ankles at back. A large pouch falls from her shoulders down her back. At front, her arms hang at her sides, with the amauti creating large square shoulders. Pants are short, and meet boots at knees. Her hair is in double braids that sit on top of the pouch. Face is round with a pointed chin, eyes and brows have been darkened with black. Label on base
Small wooden dagger like object (part a), wrapped in papers (parts c-h), inside a red paper envelope (part b). The front of the red envelope has Chinese characters and images of bamboo and panda bears printed in metallic gold ink. The small wooden stick (dagger?) is round at the handle end, and tied with multiple threads in black, beige, red and tan, forming a tassel. The somewhat flattened blade section has red Chinese characters written on both sides. There are five thin pieces of paper, with writing on them in red ink (parts c-g), folded and wrapped around the stick. All are all wrapped in a small thin piece of red tissue paper (part h), and placed inside the envelope. The bottom of the envelope has ripped open.

Red string tied in knot on front cover. Cover design shows a seated Buddha. The cover has Chinese charaters and a rectangular border design in silver ink. The board backing is slightly larger than book itself.
