Spanish knife.* Butt of handle has engraved disc (possibly silver-plated) that is engraved "G G" The handle of the knife is antler, and the blade is iron and double-edged and sinusoidal. There is a cross etched on the blade. The guard is geometrically decorated. (6/95). *Information is from the original accession ledger.
Iron implement.* Rusted, pointed iron tool. Possibly a digging stick. Square in cross section. Possibly forged (6/95). *Information is from the original accession ledger.
Steel and copper arrow heads. Remarks: Number of specimens in upper left corner was recorded by Frank Barnett who checked the material in 1939 while working at the museum as a volunteer.* There appears to actually be only 9 pieces in the collection, all of which are now in drawer 19A6. 8/8/90 JPB. Previous count of points on computer was "11." There are nine points, of copper and iron, of various sizes and shapes. All are now housed in archaeology. Salmon gaff hook.* Fide donor GTE: Salmon gaff of iron fitted on a hollow cone and covered with spruce gum. In use it was fitted (hand tight) over the pointed end of a long sapling shaft and secured to it a short distance from the end by means of the attached cord. *Information is from the original accession ledger.
