Flat, green pendant with domed top; stringing hole goes from front to back at the centre of the top edge. One incised band goes around the pendant from top to bottom on either side of the hole. One side edge has four incised lines from front to back while the other side edge has one. Back side is more roughly shaped than the front.

Stone disk of mottled grey-brown with a hole in the centre through which is threaded a flat braided cord of fine dark red-purple silk. There is a small floral design etched on one side of the disk. There are breaks at the ends of the cord.
