Triangular, basally notched. Gray and brown; short tapered stem.

Reddish brown material. Tip broken off. Squared blade stem juncture.

Brown chert utilized flake. According to donor, his "father, Robert Z. Lowe, found the artifacts in his family's garden plot across the highway from my [Lloyd Lowe's] grandparent's gas station. Time period would have most likely been from 1933 - 1943. He would have been 9 - 19 years old at that time." K. Peterson 1-13-99

Black obsidian side-notched point with a concave base and broken tip. M. Christopher 10/16/1998. Dr. Dennis Jenkins, University of Oregon, sent this specimen to Northwest Research Obsidian Studies Laboratory, Corvalis, OR for analysis (on loan 11/30/98 - 4/9/99). A portion of this specimen was removed for obsidian hydration. The source of raw material was determined to be Cougar Mountain.
