Black, red, white, and grey mask with a hooked nose, thick lips, prominent brow, and raised cheek structures. Tufts of hair made from unraveled burlap line the top of the head. Cord is attached to the back of the mask with fence staples.

Stool with a wooden frame that has turned legs with domed tops, and the seat is made from woven dyed jute fibre with a blue and off-white concentric diamond pattern.
Pair of brass cymbals. Two circular cymbals, connected by a three-strand fibre cord. The cord has four knots in it and is threaded through the top of each cymbal. The cord is secured on the underside of each cymbal by a large knot.
A woman's heavily ornamented apron. Has a central panel of orange, gold, dark red, and black tapestry weave in a diamond pattern. The sides and bottom are appliqued with metallic gold, silver ribbon, silver braid, and silver rickrack, brass beads, multi-coloured metal sequins, beads made of brass tubing and red- orange fringe. A bottom panel, which is wider than the main body of the apron, is consisting of three rows of thick fringe in orange, red-orange, and black, brass beads, and tubing, of which, this section is backed with burlap. The top of the apron is trimmed with a thick braid of black wool. This garment is very heavy and stiff.
Pair of blue velvet shoes with embroidered gold floral designs on the sides and over the top of the foot. Black laces are threaded through eight eyelets on each shoe. Lining is red velvet and soles are red cotton.
A mask depicting the anabera kolama (drum messenger), a figure in kolam popular drama. The mask is painted yellow, with red, black, and white details. Its hairline is outlined in red, and the wood above the hairline is unpainted. The mask's red-rimmed eyes protrude slightly from its face, and are shaped like half-moons. Underneath each eye is a crescent-shaped hole which allows the wearer to see. The mask's nose is prominent, with a downward curve and large, hollow nostrils. Its red mouth is open in a large, toothy smile. Forehead creases are carved into the mask, and outlined in red. Its eyebrows are painted in black. The mask has a full moustache and long beard, which are fashioned from strands of jute. The jute is knotted to a piece of string, from which it hangs. The string is tied through small holes in each of the mask's ears in order to affix the beard and moustache to the face. Some of the jute in the beard has been twisted together in order to create thicker strands. There are two small holes above the mask's ears, and one at the top of its head, but the material used to secure the mask to the wearer's face is missing.
