Folding paper hand fan with unpainted bamboo ribs. One side of the fan is painted with a winter scene: blue birds, rocks, and water. The backside is white with silver speckles.

Long black knife case (part a) with an orange tassel looped through a hole at the end of the handle (part b). Two gold coloured lines are painted where the knife covering and knife handle meet. The knife blade is slightly curved. There are gold, red, green and light blue designs on one side of the knife case.
