Bird's head in centre with two smaller heads above and below it. Painted blue, red and black, inlaid with abalone shell. Eyes inlaid with pierced metal discs over abalone.
Small face with large recurved nose. Nose raised by adding extra piece of wood. Five small extensions radiate from head. Colours are red, green, black and white.
Black minister's robe. The robe has a short standing collar, upper yoke with pleats and full gathered sleeves. The robe has a front centre opening with metal snap closures and plastic buttons.
Iron point (knife) set in end with string and pitch. The light yellow-brown stem ? shaft has been cut and jointed with diagonal scarf joints.

Small rectangular pieces are nailed beneath the lower two cutouts. The two rollers (parts c-d) are tubular and thickest in the centre. The rollers have sprockets on each end that fit into the upright cutouts.

Animalistic painted wooden mask with a beak-like mouth. The upper beak is black with white dabs of paint along the edges. The lips are red and the lower beak is black. Inside the mask two ropes are strung to open the lower beak and move the tongue. The area surrounding the eyes is painted light brown. The eye is outlined in black, then red. The eye is made from a piece of reflective glass. On the top of the mask metal framework is attached and carries on inside and at the rear, by which the mask was held on the head. There are many fibres tangled about the metal framework at the rear. Also on top fibres are wrapped around nails.
