On the front and back are large roundels with a prunus border and fish, pearl, coral motifs in blue, white and yellow on red ground. The collar, sleeves, sides and bottom hem have borders of a large abstract floral motif in blue and white. The belt carriers have green flower and leaf motifs on ecru ground stiffened with wood and adhesive. The inside lining is white cotton.

The damask is woven containing large roundels with dragon and floral motifs. On the upper front and back is a large rectangular badge. The badge has wave, mountain and peony motifs in purple, blue, green, gold and silver. Around the badge is a gold meander border. On the front, the badge is split in two over the centre opening.

The panels feature sequins, large bird and flower motifs in predominantly red on blue ground. The front is longer than the back. The inside is unlined.

Woman's multi-coloured, embroidered, appliquéd. very full skirt with a wide (16.5 cm) waistband or hip band. The waistband or hip band is embroidered with three rows of large round mirrors and multi-coloured embroidery on red fabric. The top edge is finished with rows of coloured cotton bindings. The full skirt is finely pleated onto the band and is constructed in six horizontal tiers. The tiers are embellished with embroidered geometric motifs and a few mirrors. Along the front, where that skirt joins the band, there is a row of small bead-trimmed pompoms, resembling bal buttons. The opening is at the centre back; there are long braided cotton cords (about 97 cm long) at the top corners. Two brass bells are sewn at the hem in the back.

The sleeves have a mauve band. The border along the sides and bottom hem has a row of tin reflector. There are mirrors, tin reflectors and green glass eyes on the front, back and sleeves. The inside lining is natural-coloured jute.

Purple jacket with appliqué circles on the centre front and back. The jacket has a rounded neck, tapered sleeves and a centre opening with brass frog closures. There are slits in the sides and back. The circles have a peony motif in gold on a red ground. The inside lining is yellow linen.
