Small round hat with a flat top. The exterior is a red velvet with a black velvet brim. The brim is lined with a chain of gold plastic flower-shaped beads. The upper sides of the hat are decorated with various coloured flower-shaped sequins sewn on to underlying paper. Small orange beads radiate from the paper and end with a small circular silver sequin. The interior of the brim is lined with a black cotton fabric.

Cotton and silk embroidered hat. The hat has a long, low brim that lengthens at wearer’s temples and a long flap that extends down from the back of the hat. Sides and flap are decorated with fine silk embroidery in a spiral and geometric pattern. Crown is a light tan cotton fabric. Interior is lined with a red floral silk.

Hat is tall and round with four large side panels. The sides alternate in colour, two are an orange-yellow, and the other sides are a dark-purple. Each side is decorated with fine embroidered lines in a linear pattern. Each side panel has a small hole lined with a metal ring. The brim and seams are lined with a black velvet. Interior is lined with a strip of dark red velvet and a lighter red silk. Attached to the crown is a small tassel with three beads.

Hat3080/85

Hat is small and square-shaped with four sides meeting at a shallow-pointed crown. The exterior is a dark blue velvet and the brim is lined with black velvet. Gold stitching runs horizontally around the hat until the hat’s midpoint, from this point the gold stiches run vertically in a triangular pattern. The lower half is interspersed with pink and silver sequins, while the upper half is decorated with pink and silver flower-shaped sequins with pink and brown beads sewn within the design. The interior is lined with a red cotton fabric.

Four-sided green silk embroidered hat with pointed crown. Square brim lined with black velvet. White and black embroidery covers green silk in fine crisscross pattern. White embroidery runs vertically down centre of each side to brim; from mid centre horizontally curving downwards; and from bottom centre horizontally curving upwards. White branch-like embroidery ending with burgundy on opposite sides of intersecting lines.

Blouse3331/1

Long blouse composed of multiple pieces of off-white fabric sewn together. The shoulders and neck have pink, brown and yellow-green embroidery, embellished with metal thread and metal sequins. Below each shoulder are bands of yellow-green embroidery with geometric designs. Collar embroidered with a band of repeating diamonds. The neck opening has a short plaited tie on either side. The upper back is pleated. Tiny repeating floral embroidery extends down the length of the blouse - two lines in the front, and four on the back. The sleeves are silk and cinch at the cuff, where an elastic band is sewn inside. There are a few designs stitched along the seam below the left arm.

Dress3295/13

Dress composed of two main fabrics - dark floral sleeves and a bright red and orange floral skirt. The chest and cuffs are heavily decorated with applique, embroidery, Government of Pakistan coins (some pounded), semi-translucent white buttons, metal decorations, and beading. Six red and white beaded tassels hang in front - two lower at centre, four longer tassels extending down from bottom row of coins. The hem of the skirt is a thick solid mauve, bordered by a thin band of green, and heavily embroidered in silver metal thread.
