Ground stone adze fashioned from dark grey nephrite with large white inclusions; flakes removed from bevelled end; proximal end tapered and likely hafted; damage along one edge; one long edge squared, the other rounded.

Found sometime between 1976-1997 in a hop field at 7621 Evan Road in Sardis. Found by Ron and Cindy Kvester who lived at the farm at the time. The farm employed First Nation, Doukhobor and East Indian workers over the years.
