Calligraphy on the insides of two hinged sheets. The left image has lines of text which are outlined in thin black ink following the shape of the words. The lines of text are separated by blue lines. An English language upper case S is on a rectangular black background with flower motifs. The entire text is surrounded by green, then pink, borders. The background is dark blue with a painted design above the pink border. The right image is text with gold painted between the outlined text. Blue, gold, and red triangles are at opposing corners and on the sides. Green and pink borders surround the text with a background of dark blue. There is a translation of the text with the possible author at the outside front. The front and back have writing at the top right and left respectively.
Two hinged sheets with calligraphy. The left inside image is black ink calligraphy surrounded by a thin ink outline that is cloud-like in shape around the words. The background is gold paint which is divided by dark red-brown lines. A light pink border surrounds the gold background, and a dark blue border surrounds the pink one. These are on a large green background. There is writing above the blue border. Thin black lines follow the edges of each border and background. The writing in the right image is outlined in dark red-brown. There is a blue triangle in the upper right corner with red flowers. Writing appears above the blue border. There is a translation of the two texts on the front outside of the sheet which possibly contain the authors of those texts. Writing appears on the front lower left corner and on the back left corner.

Standing frontal figure in black and red has black eyes outlined by red extending into the nose and mouth, a four-pointed star shape in a black ovoid chest, outstretched wings, a body with an upside down red split u, upside down black u forms with cross hatching within, a tail that has four red u forms with cross hatching within, and three digit red protrusions (claws?). The wings have an upside down red split u and a sideways blank t-shape with a black ovoid at the end. Underneath the former two shapes, there is a red and black split u. Underneath the latter black ovoid at the end, there are red u forms surrounded by a larger black one and three feathers. There is a black hat-like shape on top of the head. At either side of the head, there are upside down red split u's that have cross hatching within and red u forms. Above the figure, there are black u forms, black u forms that have cross hatching within, black split u's that have a circle at either side within, red hand-like shapes, upside down red and black split u's, and upside down red double-notched split u's. Pencil inscription across the bottom edge reads '36/75 15/8/77 WEGET Roy Henry Vickers TSIMSIAN TRIBE KITKATLA B.C.'. There is an embossing on the lower right corner for 'NORTH WEST COAST INDIAN ARTISTS GUILD member' with a salmon-trout head at the centre. The print is on a relatively square, light brown paper piece.

The circular black pupil and eye are surrounded by a black oval that is pointed at both ends. There is a thick black brow above that has an elongated u form along the upper back with three pairs of red dashes along the upper front. Behind the eye, there is a red oval with sideways elongations. The elongated black and red dashed snout curves over and downward toward the middle of the open red mouth. The red nostrils are flanked by three sideways red u forms outlined with black ones. Behind the back of the mouth, there are two sideways black u forms. There are four elongated, inverted red shapes decorated with three pairs of black dashes along the top of the head, from which red lines emanate. Red spots drip down from the bottom back of the head. Pen on the top left corner reads a word for 'one of the hamatsa masks'. The painting is horizontally rectangular.

Above, there are black diagonal lines on the left side and a notched black line following the roof to the right side. Frontal figure on the left side has arms raised beside the head. A red three digit hand on the right side holds a red split u in a black u form while the black hand on the left side has five digits. Has a black ovoid head with black eyes, and the other features are red. The shes has two red split u's in black u forms with a red line at the centre with rib-like red lines below. Large black ovoid in ovoid below with red legs bent up to the sides ending in round black feet with a single digit appendage. Large figure at the top right has arms raised to either side of the head. A five digit black hand is on the left side while a three digit black hand is on the right side. Black outlined hat over black ovoid head, black eyes with the other features in red. Series of black split u's, red u fomrs, and black u forms give a robe appearance to the body with large black ovoid in ovoids at the knees. Bottom right has a red circle with radiating red lines to the quadrant edges and an elongated salmon-trout ovoid across the centre. Bottom left has a diagonal frontal frog-like face with three digit limbs to either side and a crosshatched triangle filled lower half of quadrant. Divided from the frog, top right to bottom left, by notched red band, there are circles and split bands on the right and the bottom. The halibut's open mouth has a red tongue with a red split u behind the mouth and red u forms above. There is cross shape behind the mouth with a black split u. The lower half of the halibut has a four-notched black line, black ovoids, and a double-notched split u that has cross hatching within. There are four black split u's along the lower half of the halibut's body. Along the upper half of the halibut's body, there arefour red split u's surrounded by black u forms with a black split u at the end. The tail has a black ovoid, a red split u surrounded by a black u form, and a a black split v. The red octopus is in the upper half of the halibut. The octopus has a circle in a circle eye and five thick tentacles with split u's of various designs within. Pencil inscription across the bottom edge reads '98/195 19/1/76 - HALIBUT - Roy H. The bodies of the side heads which come up and around to encircle the face in the middle have green dashed scales and black dashed bodies. The two side heads connect together at the upper front fang.
