Spirits Reaching for MoonNa1501

Print depicting several creatures, many of which have several heads per body, all depicted as black silhouettes except for one dark brown creature. The creatures are piled one on top of the other and are reaching for a yellow circular moon near the top of the image. Below the image is written, "Spirits reaching for moon Sonte cut 47/50 Cape Dorset 1961 Angotigaluk." The artist's and printmaker's names are printed in Inuit syllabics in monogram form along with the Cape Dorset stylized igloo seal at the bottom right-hand corner of the image.
