Silkscreen print on white paper of many brightly coloured butterflies, twenty-four in all, in a variety of wing styles, shapes and bright colours. Short blue swirls divide the creatures from each other. A blue boarder, straight edged on the outside, swirling on the inside, surrounds the butterflies.

Circular label on rice paper backing with gold leaf background, outlined in a pink scalloped pattern. Four pink circles surround a green square. A Chinese character is inside each circle, and another is written at the bottom right of the circles. A round narrow band has Chinese characters and "1939 S.F. Chinatown" written inside it.

Wall Hanging2951/3

Painted hide wall hanging. Scene shows several people in traditional dress engaged in a variety of activities. Two are walking with a foal, one person is sitting astride a horse that is on a yellow and red blanket held by two other people. Others hold small leafy branches. Trees and hills can be seen in the background. The scene is surrounded by a blue perimeter line. The edges of the hanging are cut with uneven fringes. The signature is painted on the bottom as “Johnnie Stelkia THITH-HAK-KEY”.

Live from the 'Latch2954/1

"Live from the 'Latch" archival pigment print. The print is in the form of a poster advertising a musical performance. On a yellow background with monochromatic formline images is the shape of a red copper, containing red formline on top and bottom. In the centre is text printed in red and green referring to a concert by "Billy and the Chiefs." Image deliberately appears to be old (wrinkled and discoloured), with ragged edges. The poster is surrounded by a black background. Edition 3 of 67.

Painted hide. The scene shows two humans centrally located, with a seated woman and a standing man, who is addressing a group of rabbits and foxes with human bodies. All are dressed in traditional clothing. Behind the woman are two birds also with human bodies and similarly clothed. A border of red and blue diamond shapes surrounds the scene. Pencil guide lines are visible throughout the scene and border. The edges of the leather are cut with fringes. On the bottom right corner is an inscription “SIN-NAM-HIT-QUH”.

Wall Hanging2951/2

Painted hide wall hanging. The scene shows a dance, with a deer, bear, rodents, a turtle and other animals. The figures (except the turtle) have animal heads and human bodies, with tails, wearing traditional hide clothing. Headdresses and feathers adorn the heads of some dancers. One dancer plays a horn, while another holds a drum. The scene is outdoors, indicated by a tree stump, rocks and plants. Outlining the perimeter of the painting are red lines and blue dots in a rectangle. Guide lines can be seen throughout the painting. The edges are fringed. At bottom centre is a signature “THITH-HAK-KEY”. On the back: a circled “11” is drawn in orange on the top left; at bottom left is a sticker saying “Clothworkers’ Company. Bronze Star”.
