Anvil-dark colored, burn marks on one side; battered on one flat side; abraded along edges.
A nearly perfect cylinder, circular in cross section, very flat on each end, with one end slightly wider than the other. Looks like it may be a segment from the middle of a large maul or pestle that was broken.
