Contains charcoal bits. Was discovered wrapped in foil, with catalogue number on a lable attached to the foil.
Site Location: Surface of beach about 100 meters east of East Navigation Marker, southeast of Crow Butte, Benton County, WA.
Smooth brown quartzite cobble, rounded edges except for a flat bottom and an abrupt end.
Green anvil; battered on one flat side and surrounding the edges. Burn marks on one end.
Light to dark brown oval cobble, rounded with black patches.
Site Location: Surface of beach about 100 meters east of East Navigation Marker, southeast of Crow Butte, Benton County, WA.
Quartzite cobble, well rounded, with about 6 large flake scars on both sides. The area of the flaked surface and the area of cortical surface are about equal.
Grey cobble with dark grey and white inclusions giving it a speckled appearance. There is unifacial flaking on around 25% of the perimeter and battering on around 25% of the perimeter as well as on one surface.
A grey, bifacial, basal-notched, barbed point with the tip broken off.
