Eight white-grey feathers are attached all around the mask through the two surrounding curved wood sticks and have a wood ornament attached at their ends, starting from the top, clock-wise: fish with outstretched fins, paw, peg with fluffy white feather, tail, thin triangular piece, tail, peg with fluffy white feather, and paw.

Detailed in blue and orange Northwest Coast stylized forms is a wolf with rectangular shaped nostrils, bared teeth and large eyes. The mouth and eyes are inlaid with pieces of mirrored glass as well as other small sections. Protruding from the top edge of the headdress are numerous thin sections of baleen creating a fringe. The inside has two thin wooden strips attached to two larger bars to create a frame for the head. Covering the frame is a piece of cotton fabric. Fibre ties hang from the bottom edge.
