Reddish-orange and yellow coloured rectangular box-shaped shrine has multiple articulated and hinged doors that open outwards. At the top, a short wide door opens from right to left and a nail is used as a door knob. All the surfaces are painted with floral, line, and dot designs or scene of people doing various activities. There are two legs on the bottom of the piece at the back. A loop of metal is centred at the back on the top of the shrine.

The open mouth is painted red inside while the outside is painted light grey-blue with a dark green-blue line around the upper lip line and a dark green-blue goatee. The upper body is painted mostly black with an eye in a red box on the belly. There are red geometric designs around the legs consisting of lines and dots. The paddle is painted with the head of a bird in black and red.
