Ceramic pot on 3 short (0.6cm.) legs, broken into 8 pieces, with other pieces and lid missing. Repaired with dark yellow glue. Squat spherical shape, wider at bottom, with tapered spout at one side and two triangular lugs (one broken), one above and behind spout, the other opposite. White crackled glaze, roughly painted underglaze with light blue/green around lugs and spout and with dark blue on each side in pattern of 2 x's enclosing y. V-shaped areas of pattern filled in with yellow/brown and parallel incised lines. Rough blue line round top and bottom of pot, each over 2 parallel incised lines. Glazed inside.
Ceramic jar with thick very light brown body, broken at neck. Neck has corkscrew groove on inside. Jar is round in horizontal cross-section with nearly spherical body on raised single foot, with narrower neck. Heavy grey/white glaze, crackled, painted underglaze with 5 irregular blue bands, the centre band is much wider (2cm.) with a strip of yellow in the middle and irregular short incised or impressed vertical and diagonal lines. Inside is unglazed.
Bark cloth cover decorated with twelve repeat rectangular designs in groups of three. Each rectangle contains nine triangular shapes divided into three rows. The edge is folded over towards the front and sewn in place to form a border.
Tapa cloth with panels divided by dark brown lines. The rectangles are decorated with geometric designs, banner-like designs, and inscriptions in brown. The three smaller rectangles at one end have segments of the same designs.
Wood figure of a woman with a large head. She has black circle in tapering oval eyes with black brows above, long black parted in the centre, and a red mouth. Her arms are straight at her sides. She is wearing a skirt with vertical incised lines around the lower portion and two horizontal incised lines just above.
Figure of a man who has a large head, small arms and feet, and a raised ridge that runs across crown of head from front to back. Several small holes are bored through figure.
Wooden carving of a woman lying on the back of a sea monster(?); she is shown nude, lying flat on her back with knees slightly raised. She has a labret in her lip. The creature's body is divided into three segments. Its head is painted black with red nostrils, the eyes are round and green, and the gills are well defined and delineated. The tail is black and split, with yellow and red concentric circles at each corner. A circular space has been carved out of the wood under the creature's head.
Male figure standing upright and holding two animals, possibly otters, one against the front of his body and the other wrapped around the left side of his head. Head is large and convex with a cut from the top of the forehead which suggests the figure is wearing a mask.
Handheld drum (a) and drumstick (b). Hide stretched over a circular wooden frame with a projecting wooden handle. Hide is lashed to the frame with fur-covered skin thongs. Painted with a Northwest Coast style bird and human face design in black, white, red, and green. Back of drum is lined with faded red cloth. Drumstick is short with light tan-coloured hide wrapped around the head.
Human face mask divided horizontally through the eyes. The two parts are joined with string through holes drilled in the ears. The brown face has circular cut out hole eyes surrounded by a black area that extends down the sides into a red feathery feature. The nostrils, mouth and ears are red. Above the open, upward pointed mouth, there is a curling black moustache. Red feathery hair above. Surface is smooth. Lightly painted in red and black. Series of holes around the upper perimeter are plugged with small pieces of wood.
