Part a is a fan. One side of the fan is gold and is decorated with a design of a branch with open blossoms and buds. There is a red seal on the lower left side. The other side is silver with black Japanese printing and has a red seal on the left side. The fan is attached to a brown coloured plastic(?) handle and has ten slats. When closed, the fan is covered in a plastic sleeve and secured by a silver band. Part b is a mount for the fan and consists of a long board with a small hole at one end and two brown ties at the other.

Above the row of stacked coins is a coiled piece of fibre with two extending strands. A larger rectangular-shaped composition of coins follows and is linked to a long line of double-sided single overlapping coins. Five coins are attached to the tip of the piece with orange coloured wire.

Denomination is ten yen. Temple scene in green and brown in the centre. Red Japanese characters are vertically placed at one end. There is a number "10" in each corner placed closer towards the centre of the bill.
