Handmade Papers of the World664/3

Off-white-coloured book made from thick pages bound by a heavier, textured sheet of paper. Printed in black ink, the book is filled with essays (in Japanese) and photos regarding handmade paper. Dust jacket-like cover is made of green-brown textured cardstock embossed with a large golden character on the front. #664/2 is the English version of the book.

Two pink coloured circular paper balls are wrapped in plastic, are gathered at the top, and are tied with fibre cording. Cording connects the two circles, is looped in the centre, and ties in a knot. Each end of the grass cord has a tassel.

Dragon mask with rotating eyes, ears on springs, and movable lower jaw. The figure is painted with abstract designs in red, green, blue, white, and black overall and has fluffy, off-white hair for eyebrows, on underside of ears, and in nostrils. The figure also has a black horn at the top of its head and an undyed beard made of plant fibre. Several small, circular mirrors accent the design and there is one larger, metal disc on the forehead.

Tapa cloth with two shades of brown on natural ground. In the centre are eight panels with diagonal lines containing letters. Flanking the centre panels are many blocks containing floral motifs. Both ends have short pairs of diagonal lines and numbers. The cloth is made of several large strips attached together.

Circular-shaped mat with red and pink beaded floral and green beaded leaf design in the centre on a background of white beads. From the outer edge of the piece to the centre, single bands of coloured beads are in the following order: orange, grey, black and white, grey, red, and gold. Around the perimeter of the piece on the gold beaded section is the inscription with black beads: "CANADA. FORT. MCPHERSON. N.W.T."
