Wood citak shield, oval-like shape with a bilaterally symmetrical stylized design carved in relief. The recesses of the c-like shape geometric design is painted white and outlined in black all on a brown ground. The top is brown with a white line running vertically through a black triangle. The sides and bottom are painted black. The back has a carved out handle; piece of twisted fibre twine attached.
Large pot with no base, round body and out-turned rim. There is a line around the lip and inner rim. Pot is covered with a brown pigment.
Udu style percussion instrument. The pot has a rounded bottom, a round body and a long neck with a flared rim. There is a ridge around the centre. Above the ridge is a round hole; with bands of incised lines to and around the neck. Drum is covered with a brown pigment.
Gourd container (parts a-b) with a bulbous base that tapers to a funnel shaped neck (part a). Part b is a semi-spherical shaped lid with a looped leather tie on top. The entire gourd is dark red with a shallow engraved design of various geometric patterns. The central line is painted green along with alternating lines along the bottom of the base. The inside of both pieces is hollow.
Plate wtih a slightly concave top surface and curved walls on the underside that are supported by three rounded feet. The underside is covered in orange pigment.
Dark grey ceramic bottle with a mottled texture; areas covered in a dark red matted glaze. It has a circular shaped opening with a protruding rim on a narrow neck which connects to a triangular-like shaped body.
Wood, carved, figure depicting Horus sitting on a rectangular base. The figure is a hawk or falcon with incised eyes, a protruding beak and an elongated body that forms into the base. The head has remnants of green paint while the body and base have remnants of red.
Lid of a canopic jar made of grey clay with a black slip. The lid depicts a human head (Egyptian king?) wearing a large headdress. The facial features are incised. The base is circular and is slightly indented, and has been covered with light green felt.
Grey, grainy clay sherds (parts a-y) some with a light grey slip, others with a cream slip. All parts very in size and shape. Parts d, l, r and v have remnants of black pigment. Parts a, b, c, d, e, f, q, r, s, t, v, w, x and y have traces of an orange glaze. Part a is s-shaped and is possibly part of the body of a container. Fragments of a larger object.
Grey clay sherd with a red(?) slip; triangular in shape. The sherd consists of a conical shaped top with vertical incisions on top of two triangular rings – one of which has an oval shaped incised pattern. The back is flat, smooth and concaved in shape while the bottom is flat.
