Unglazed horse with front right foot raised. Horse is wearing a decorated saddle and decorations around its neck and rear. Its tail is short and its mouth is open. Remnants of red, orange and brown paint remain on surface: orange on the saddle decorations; red on the hair and tail; brown on the rest of the body. Possible remnants of gold enamel on the hoofs. Rectangular shape shield with a carved human figure sitting on the top holding a cylindrical shaped object to his face. The shield is carved in relief with geometric design painted with black pigment. The recesses of the shapes are painted dark orange with the surrounded areas painted white. The sides of the shield are decorated with bunches of fibre strips tied through to the opposite side. There is a large carved handle and a black and orange painted diamond design at the back of the shield.
