Female doll, in standing position on wooden base, made of corn husks. Face is featureless. She has long, braided black hair secured with red ties. Braided leather band knotted around head, with a feather tucked in the back. She is wearing a layered floral dress with black pants underneath. Edges of layers and bottoms of pants are decorated with multi-coloured beads. Beads stitched on in a zigzag pattern. Dress is belted at waist with a long leather tie. She is holding a large pestle in both hands, inserted into a cylindrical, bark covered mortar. Artist name written on base.

Harpoon (part a) with a detachable head (part b). Harpoon has a cylindrical steel shaft inserted into a wider wooden handle. Ends of wood are capped with copper(?). Hide cord wrapped around bottom end in a loose spiral, before tightening into a thick band; hide acts as a handgrip. Second hide tie knotted around base of metal shaft. Top of shaft tapers to a point, for head to fit on. Harpoon head consists of an oval-shaped blade, with a sharp point, welded to a triangular holder. Long rope line strung through hole drilled into centre of holder, creating a large loop. Rope is secured together at intervals.

Small bundle of four sinew twister tools, held together on a hide string. Holes hide is strung through are drilled through the centres of tools. String is knotted on the right side, untied along left. Two tools towards right end of cord are flat, and have rectangle-shaped tops and tapered ends. Two on left side are curled on both ends, giving the tools an overall “S" shape.

Curved antler handle. Long hide thong strung through holes drilled into each end. Top edge is scalloped, for finger grip. Front has been polished; back is rough, showing core of antler.

Pair of boots made of wolf skin. Legs and vamps are covered in white fur, soles are light brown hide. On either side of the boot heels are two long hide ties, meant to be secured around the ankles. The top openings are edged with canvas-like material, through which is threaded a dark pink drawstring. Bottom edges of openings are trimmed with three decorative bands. Top rows have an alternating white and dark blue triangle motif; second are plain yellow; third are green with scalloped edges, with a shiny, gold-coloured diamond motif overtop. Interiors are unlined.

Long, thin scoop-like ladle made of antler. Shallow bowl has steep sides and curved ends. Handle is rectangular and angles upward. Two holes drilled through centre of handle with strip of hide looped through, forming a hanging tie. Bowl and back of handle have been polished; front of handle is rough, showing core of antler. Previous repair work below hide tie. Small metal plate has been riveted to front, covering a large crack visible from the back.

Shaft is inserted into a wider “V”-shaped piece of antler, riveted to a cylindrical wooden handle. Knife-shaped, antler blade secured to opposite end of handle with hide ties and copper nails. Hide strip woven through the bottom centre of wooden handle. Strip held close to handle with hide and rope ties. Harpoon head consists of an oval-shaped steel blade, with a sharp point, riveted to a triangular holder. Long hide strap strung through hole drilled into centre of holder. End of strap has a loop handle.

Pair of boots made of caribou skin. Legs and vamps are covered in a mix of brown and white fur, soles are light brown hide. On either side of the boot heels are two long hide ties, meant to be secured around the ankles. The top openings are edged with dark blue cloth, through which is threaded a white braided drawstring. Interiors are unlined.

Rattle type wooden staff, adorned with deer hooves at the proximal end. Staff is rounded, carved at pommel with a small face, sharp teeth bared in a wide grin, nose flat and slightly protruding. Head comes to a small, round peak. Dozens of deer hooves have been tied to short lengths of hide and attached to the top, under the face, with long wraps of hide.

Belt with beaded pink borders and three beaded bands of light blue, red, green, yellow, white and dark blue. Brass studs and buckle. Tongue at one end.
