Basketry fragments imbeded in clay. Rehoused two clay chunks with basketry fragments loosely attached in ethafoam insets. Along with one bag of clay debris. I removed and bagged two tags from object. One is a museum tag with site #, accn. #, and object #. The other tag appears to be older and only has object # on it (see archives). 06/29/04 B. Avery. Very coarse stitch, 3 - 5 stitches per inch. Associated with large junks of clay. Bottom: n/a Provenience: Cut: 4N 27E Horiz. Includes basketry cataloged #34a and #34b. Each rehoused 11/2003 by H. D. and have attatched bags of debris. Note: #34b was placed next to 45SK59b/41 in drawer and separated from 45SK59b/34a. Based on the Basketry Card description Laura Phillips and H.D. determined that the artifact was part of 45SK59b/34. Note: If there is a third pile as refered to in Basketry Card it is unknown at this time. B. Avery.
