Brown double reed whistle that is rectangular in cross section and comes to a tapering end and is bound in beige string in three sections, one near each end and one near the middle. While the wider end is solid, there are two hollows through the smaller end where there is a taper cut rectangular hole nearby at either side. Underneath one hole, the letter 'A' is carved. Seams are sealed with pitch.

Brown wood whistle that is oval in cross section and comes to a tapering end and is bound in three sections with brown twine, one near each end and one near the middle. While the wider end is solid, there is a hollow through the smaller end. Near the wider end toward the middle, there are three circular holes side-by-side, a u form hole on an upraised arch-like platform, and a pointing curved hole on one side. The letter 'A' is carved on the side opposite to that of the holes. Seams are sealed with pitch.

Brown wood whistle that is curved and circular in cross section and comes to a tapering end and is bound in three sections with brown twine, one around the smaller end and two near the middle. While the wider end is solid, there is a hollow through the smaller end where there is a taper cut elongated semi-oval hole nearby on one side. Two more smaller tapering oval holes are on the same side at either side of the brown twine near the wider end. Seams were sealed with pitch but they have split open.

Brown wood double reed whistle made of two single double reed whistles of equal length bound together by grey twine. Both pieces are rectangular in cross section and come to a tapering end and are bound in twine around near the smaller end. While the wider end is solid on each piece, there are two hollows (four in total) through the tapering end where there are two taper cut rectangular holes (four in total) nearby on opposite sides. On each piece one taper cut rectangular hole is lower than its opposite due to a horizontal graphite bar inlaid just above. On each side, one piece shows the graphite inlay while the other piece shows the higher taper cut rectangular hole. Sealed with pitch.

The blade is a white stone with a brown edge. The handle is rounded, made of black resin and coated with yellow ochre pigment. The ochre pigment has worn away in places, exposing the black resin underneath.
