A small basketry container (part a) with a jar-like shape, and a lid (part b). The main design of the container consists of a dark brown-black geometric design of chevrons. The lid has a design which consists of five equally spaced central pointing dark brown-black triangles. Coiled "Makenge" work.

Four horizontal bands (six rows wide) with colours alternating with every warp strand, creating purple and red vertical stripes on a horizontal band. Twilled diamond pattern on border. Two rows of purple weft on base.

Twined spruce root basket; plain twined work with twilled border and false embroidery. Diagonally striped band of brown and natural spruce root directly under twilled border. "Skip-stitch" pattern of diagonal lines. Braided border.
