Goblet-shaped drum with animal skin stretched over the top. Skin is secured in place with wooden pegs and a secondary strip of skin. The shape of the batter head is formed with internal strips of plant fibre, visible at intervals through the skin. Drum has a triangle-like protrusion along the back, towards the top edge, with a small hole drilled through its centre. Likely for hanging purposes. A large hole is cut into the body of the drum, to the left of the protrusion. Drum is decorated with incised lines, circling the entire body. Designs are (from top to bottom): plain line, plain line, zigzag, plain line, and zigzag. Carved inscription over top the first band, to the right of the protrusion. A repair has been made on one side of the body, using sheet metal.

Wooden stool in the shape of a four-legged animal. Figure has a long, thin face and oval-shaped ears on either side of its head. High ridge runs down centre of face, with semi-circular eyes incised on either side. Mouth is carved wide open. Bridle-like ring done in relief around muzzle. Band of braided plant fibre- coloured yellow, green and red- secured around animal’s neck. Long strands of matching fringe extend from bottom edge of band, covering neck and imitating a mane. Cloth strip tied around animal’s neck, as well as a long, light brown cord. Cord loops around body of animal, imitating reins. Saddle and girth carved in relief on back and stomach. Rings, done in relief, decorate each leg. Animal has a rectangular tail, that curves downward, and is covered in strands of red and yellow plant fibre.

Maha Kola Sanni Yakka healing mask (part a) with removable side panels (parts b-c), figure (part d), earpieces (parts e-f), and fangs (parts g-h). Mask depicts a large figure wearing a headdress made of snakes, a silver-coloured shirt, and knee-length skirt with curvilinear and geometric motifs across it. The earpieces (parts e-f) protrude from either side of the head, below the headdress. They have a central flower design, with two snakes wrapped around the outer edge. The figure has a human in between its fang-like teeth, and a human tucked under each arm. Its hands are bent in front of its body, and the female figure (part d) lies across them. Blood is dripping from its teeth, down its chest, and onto its protruding belly. The figure is standing on top of a large smiling head, painted black. The face has bulging eyes, a large nose with prominent nostrils, and two fangs (parts g and h). It is wearing a headdress composed of human figures. Extending up from the face, and surrounding the large figure, is a blue wooden frame. Attached to either side of the frame are the panels (parts b and c). Painted blue, they are each composed of two columns of four multi-coloured heads, with barred teeth. At the top of each set of columns is a pink head, with large ears, wearing a triangular headdress. At the bottom of each set of columns is a large yellow flower. The panels have snakes along the outer edges. The heads rest at the top, and the tails curves around the bottom. Standing wood shrine figure. Body is rectangular in shape and has geometric and linear motifs incised on the front and sides. Hide collar, coloured black, wrapped around neck. Figure has a wide nose, pronounced brow and lips, and angular eyes. Has a ponytail that protrudes sharply from the back of the head. The end of ponytail connects to the figure's back. Lines incised on portions of hair overtop of head, hanging portion of ponytail is thin and smooth. There is a small gap between the ponytail and the back of the figure’s neck. Extending from all sides of the hide collar are strands of cowrie shells. Long strings of black, red and white glass beads are tied around the ponytail with light brown thread. Two copper coins and one small brass(?) bell are attached to the bead strings, hanging down the back of the figure. Plain brown tie, with knotted ends, is strung between the ponytail and the neck of the figure.

A bamboo plunge trap used for catching fish. The trap is shaped like an inverted cone, with a narrow top and wide bottom. It has a thick, circular, wooden rim at the top. Bamboo strips are joined to the rim and extend downward, growing farther apart as the distance increases. Near the rim, there are two bamboo rings, one on the inside, and one on the outside of the trap. Metal wire is woven across both rings, securing the bamboo strips in between them. Four more bamboo rings are positioned inside of the trap, and secured to the bamboo strips by metal wire. The rings grow larger the farther they extend from the rim. Between the third and fourth bamboo rings, there is a thicker, darker, rounded ring secured in place by five bamboo wedges. At this point the trap bends more sharply, so that the bamboo strips are all parallel to one another as they reach the bottom of the trap. Near the bottom, a sixth, ring made of metal wire has been woven around the bamboo strips to further secure them. The end of each bamboo strip comes to a point.

A fishing basket [a] with lid [b] and rope [c]. The basket has a circular rim and square base. Very thin, flat strips of bamboo are woven across wider vertical strips to comprise the basket's main body. The weave is close, with only small gaps. The bottom of the basket is woven from wider bamboo strips, in a perpendicular fashion. Two thicker pieces of bamboo form an X-shaped base. The basket has four cylindrical feet, one at each corner. A thin strip extends from the base of each foot, and is woven into the basket so as to attach it. The rim of the basket is made from two larger, horizontal strips of bamboo that wrap all the way around. They are secured by groups of three thinner vertical strips staggered at 2-2.5 centimetre intervals. A circular piece of wood with a cut out centre is secured to the inner rim of the basket by four small nails. The top of the wood is covered with bamboo strips, which have been woven in a chevron pattern. The lid of the basket is small, flat, and circular in shape. It is made from a piece of wood, and is covered with bamboo strips which have been woven in a chevron pattern. The handle of the lid is a thin, straight block of bamboo with downward curved ends. It extends slightly past the base of the lid on both sides, and is secured through the bottom by three small nails. There is a small hole in one side of the handle. The lid was previously attached to the body of the basket via a braided, purple rope, however all three pieces are now separate. The basket and lid are both covered in a clear lacquer.

A short, cylindical, wooden fish spear with two sets of barbs. The spear is painted black and comes to a sharp point. Both sets of barbs are arranged in a triangular fashion around the shaft of the spear, in groups of three. The barbs are straight, with four sides, and point backwards in the direction of the spear's user. They are secured by wound string, also painted black. Wrapped around the middle of the spear is a white, rectangular piece of bark cloth. A design has been painted onto the cloth in black, and consists of circles and dots in a radiating pattern.

Hand puppet of a mouse groom. Hands and feet are made of cast resin, head has an internal wooden cone, covered in cast resin. All components are painted. Head and hands are light brown. Black lines painted across face and neck, imitating fur. He has black eyes and black bushy eyebrows. Nostrils are red, and have white whiskers below. His mouth is a long red line, with two long front teeth. Oval-like ears on either side of his head. Groom is wearing a dark grey, two-piece suit, with a white collared shirt, dark red bow tie and black shoes. Jacket is secured with two buttons along the front centre, and has a chest pocket and two flap pockets. Pants are plain. Puppet is operated by inserting a hand inside the body to control its head and movements.

Hand puppet of a mouse bride. Hands and feet are made of cast resin, head has an internal wooden cone, covered in cast resin. All components are painted. Head and hands are light brown. Dark brown lines painted across face and neck, imitating fur. She has black eyes, red nostrils, a red smiling mouth, and two large front teeth. Her short ears are triangular. She has black hair, carved in relief across her head, that extends into long strands of string hair at the base of her neck. Puppet is wearing a layered, lace-like veil with floral embroidery along the bottom edge. Veil is secured around her ears and forehead with a beaded headpiece. Red and pink flowers across top of headpiece. She is wearing a white dress, with two long slits up the sides. Top of dress is covered in floral embroidery, with silver-coloured highlights, and skirt is plain. Cuffs and bottom edge of dress are trimmed with bands of scalloped, lace-like material. She has a wide, pink belt around her waist, tied at the back. Underneath her wedding dress, she is wearing silk-like pants and dark purple shoes, that curve upward at the toe. Bouquet of red, pink and purple flowers in her right hand. Puppet is operated by inserting a hand inside the body to control its head and movements.

Small, cup-shaped wooden mate container. It has a spherical body, thin stem and two-tiered, circular base. Two deeply incised lines, painted black, run across centre of body. Surface of top tier is rounded, bottom tier has a flat surface. Top edges of bottom tier flare outward sharply, before tapering inward at bottom. Small hole drilled in underside of base, in centre.
