Sheer green silk sari with embroidery. Arranged in rows overall, is an embroidered design of a gold arc with an ‘x’ motif in the centre and three floral motifs underneath. While the colours of red, green, black and silver are constant, their position within the designs change. An elaborate border is sewn to the bottom edge. The border has a gold overlay with square and floral motifs on a green, blue and red striped ground. The back is unlined.

Brownish coloured rectangular bag with yellow and green leaf motifs. Top of bag has a small flap. Strap from flap ties with strap on bag. Inside of bag is lined with cream coloured silk.

Olive green coloured rectangular-shaped silk(?) bag lined with gold fabric. Square of cream coloured fabric is stitched to the centre of the bag near the bottom and has two black Japanese characters in the centre.

Pink silk cloth with scroll design repeated in darker pink. Blue silk with multiple bands of green , blue, and black divided by narrow borders. Three tassels hang from end in yellow red and green. Blue cotton lining.

Red silk background with black, and silver metallic thread of dragon and three symbols, one with flames and the others with ribbon. One selvedge, two hemmed and one raw edge.

Single bound foot shoe with large bands of black and red fabric. Yellow fabric with floral embroidery around the toe. Upturned toe. Raised heel.

Two light gray ties (part a-b). Each tie is long and rectangular.

Light brown-gray damask belt. The damask is woven containing a checkered background with diamond and floral motifs. The belt is long and rectangular.

Vest fastening in the centre front with four silver coloured buttons, made of plum coloured silk satin with a pattern of flowers. On the front there is an inset pocket with an outside facing at each side, and on the left side above the pocket is a third, smaller pocket. The vest is lined with white fabric woven in an overall pattern of small leaves with a bolder pattern of larger leaves. Each silver button has a Chinese character on an embossed background. There is a double line of machine stitching along the lower edge, which curves downward to the centre front.

Circular-shaped mat with red and pink beaded floral and green beaded leaf design in the centre on a background of white beads. From the outer edge of the piece to the centre, single bands of coloured beads are in the following order: orange, grey, black and white, grey, red, and gold. Around the perimeter of the piece on the gold beaded section is the inscription with black beads: "CANADA. FORT. MCPHERSON. N.W.T."
