Square red textile with an overall pattern. The pattern has a repeated leaf motif outlined in green. There is white Japanese writing in one corner and a white circle in the opposite corner. There are two selvage edges and two hemmed edges.

Square yellow-green textile with small motifs. The small motifs are randomly scattered away from the outer edges and include chicken, cow, sword, fish and sheep motifs in red, yellow, blue, green, black and white. There are two selvage edges and two hemmed edges. The back is unlined.

Large square gray textile with one purple corner. Through the centre is a branch with red and green leaves. Among the leaves are oval shaped dolls. There are two selvage edges and two hemmed edges. The back is unlined.

Square maroon textile with designs. In the centre are various small vase and dish motifs. Towards a lower corner is a curved white band with a green bamboo motif. The corner has a white basket weave pattern with small vase and dish motifs. Between the solid maroon ground and corner pattern is a triangular band with small floral motif on maroon ground and fern motif on green ground. There are two selvage edges and two hemmed edges.

Rectangular textile with striped pattern. The pattern has irregular shaped stripes of brown with dots and pale green with floral motifs. There are random geometric shapes overtop of the stripes with various patterns in pale green, gray, black and white. There are two selvage edges and two raw edges. The back is unlined.

The inscription "Japanese Textiles" in handwritten on the cover with black marker. On the back cover of the scrapbook written in gold lettering is the inscription: "Scrap Book."
