Part of woman's black hair is in a top knot. A red hair cushion is visible in front and back. Pink string bow on top knot. Red, blue, pink, and green flower at side of head with orange and white strings hanging from it. Rest of woman's hair chin length. Blue and white dotted scarf tied around head above eyes. Brown eyes in eye socket, painted faint black lower lashes, molded nose, closed mouth with red lips, and cheeks faint pink. Orange lining visible at neck, sleeve cuff, and hem of under kimono. Under the kimono there is a checkered yellow, green, orange, and red piece. Green top coat has scattered toy design in white, yellow, blue, red, black, and orange with pink edging at sleeve cuff and hem. Black edging at neck and front. Orange and white diamond design skirt beneath kimono. Black lacquered sandals have faint red flower design on sides. Orange string forms top of sandals. Metal spikes protrude from heel. Child has shoulder length black hair with bangs. Facial features similar to mother's. White textured cloth around child's neck. Three tiered drum staff in woman's hand. Top drum has floral cloth ends. Orange string joins drum ends together. Light green in centre of drum. Next is a red cylinder with gold wrapping. Green, pink, white, yellow, and red string hang from each end. Last drum has floral cloth ends. Red centre with one gold band. Red staff is wrapped in gold, partially hidden by sleeve. Standing on a clear white base.

Short handled paddle shape cut from one piece of wood. Flattened female figure on curved cardboard backing attached to front surface. Figure has a high rounded crown gold hat with a red trim and silver flowers which is tied with a white cord under the chin. Painted face. Multi-coloured brocade gown with conch shell, umbrella, clouds, and mountain design. Her left hand a holds gold and black carrying stick. Red cord on one end attaches to a brocade bag. Figure is raised by three wooden props: one under the shoulders and two under the head. Handle is covered with green and gold brocade in a tortoise shell pattern. Face of board covered with sille painted with wisteria. Back is painted with a black branch and white berries. Small metal bell under head of figure.

A long rectangular brown fabric piece that has red, yellow, and white embroidery. Three joined panels with each end of the piece covered partway up the lengthwise edge with yellow binding. Rest of the edges are yellow blanket stitching. Entire piece is covered with yellow and red embroidered uniformly-sized circles. Spatial divisions marked by small white, embroidered squares resembling tie dying. Four striped red, and yellow maces with red centres are interspersed with fourteen peacocks. Typical embroidered jewelry in several places. Central lotus has three red, and three yellow petals. Both ends are embroidered with three vertical bands of red and yellow flowers starting with a white lozenge pattern, then a white zig zag pattern, and finishing with a plain alternating red, yellow, and red flower pattern.
