Long, rectangular cotton textile made of woven narrow strips, sewn together and embroidered. The decoration consists of a grey ground with geometric designs embroidered in red, black and brown intermixed and overlapping with stripes of red, black and blue. There is one section with a repeating blue elephant design.

Panel, roughly square, composed of imperial yellow silk with a metallic brocade design featuring two dragon figures at the centre, floral motifs at the corners, and a border of and a floral design lined in yellow. Lined with yellow silk. Stamped in red ink at one corner.

Top of banner is plain gold. Gold with ivory pattern background and orange, gold and blue chrysanthemums and blue leaves starts lower half of banner. Orange end of banner has metallic gold embroidery encircled by paper (?) ring. Poket at bottom back of banner. Ties at top of banner.

Large red hanging with embroidery and appliqué. The hanging shows a family of six figures clustered together; one holding a child, one kneeling. The figures’ heads are painted silk appliqué and their clothes embroidered. Symbolic of longevity.

Pair of slipper-like shoes with a rounded, raised sole. Uppers are embroidered with multicoloured flowers on white and black ground. Soles are white and platform-like, truncated at the toe and heel so that they curve sharply upwards at both ends.

Metal spectacles (part a) that have foldable arms. The case (part b) is made of thin wood covered with dark blue-purple silk and having a design consisting of a deer and good luck symbols embroidered in red and yellow on one side while there is calligraphy embroidered in dark blue on the other side on a yellow silk background. The case has a lime green tasseled cord at one end and a metal button on the other end that has a green stone?

Rectangular shaped silk and cotton cuff with red stylized floral and geometric patterns on light green ground. The back is lined with cream fabric. Black edging along the bottom.

Shear, cream scarf with gold metallic detailing. All edges have a gold border and the centre of the textile has thin, gold stripes repeated at an equal distance.

Silver metallic thread woven into turquoise silk to form a striped pattern. Very sheer.
