Cream coloured textile with center panel, and three strips on each side, of towel-like texture. Wide embroidered floral panels near each end in gold, green, blue, and pink. Narrow strip of open weave between embroidery and raw end.
A large rectangular fabric piece that has yellow and gold-coloured pyramid designs on a powder blue background. Has a yellow and gold-coloured striped border. There are two slits along one edge.
Green and gold tablecloth with embroidery. The centre panel is gold with flower motifs in gold, blue, green, yellow and orange. The border is green with floral motifs in the same colours. The backside is lined with white silk.

The neck and shoulder area is hand embroidered with local silk in a traditional Hausa pattern with hand spun cotton and locally produced silk. The pattern features circles and two downward pointing needles.

Green and dark yellow silk kimono jacket (haori) with patterned lining (gaku’ura). Jacket has a centre opening, with braided white ties in middle for securing. Short sleeves consist of rectangular hanging panels, with openings under arms. Jacket is covered with tight diamond-like grid. Lining has diagonal rows of purple and blue, with connected geometric outlines overtop; designs made out of white dotted lines. Lining across interior of panels, and upper half of jacket.
Green silk kimono with pointed collar and front opening, with lapels. Short sleeves consist of long rectangular hanging panels, with openings under arms. Entire kimono decorated with dyed groupings of white and light pink flowers, with wavy lines overtop and around them; lines are light green, with red stripes. Green ground of kimono is covered with woven floral motifs. Kimono is lined; body done in white and pink, hanging panels done in red.
Tube skirt (sin ta mi), consisting of rectangular piece of cloth sewn together on the short edges; additional pieces attached at top, for waist band, and bottom. Main body of skirt decorated with red and purple columns, with geometric patterns throughout; each column is bordered with bands of stripes and gold geometric designs. Bottom addition is light purple, with black and green stripes throughout; bottom edge is red. Waist band decorated with multi-coloured horizontal stripes. Skirt is unlined, with finished ends.
Tube skirt (sin tin chok), consisting of two identical panels sewn together along short sides; additional piece of cotton attached to top edge to form a waist band. Skirt decorated in three sections, each bordered with gold geometric bands. Top section is solid maroon, and middle is black with rows of alternating dark green circles and lines. Bottom section is entirely embroidered with geometric and linear designs; done in gold, maroon, black, and green. Bottom edge trimmed with gold band; waist band is plain white. Skirt is unlined, and top edge is unfinished. Collector's tag sewn inside, with culture and place made.
