Carved silver pendant of a thunderbird. The bird looks to its right and has its wings raised so they meet above its head. There is a small loop at this point. Inscription on back.
Strip of silver held with wax ? to a block of wood. The silver is a long rectangle and has carvings on it. It is held to the wood with a greenish wax ? known as chaser's pitch. The wax ? is squished out from under the silver and covers much of the surface of the wood. The engraved design on the metal strip has an eagle's head as part of it. The back of the wood has a narrow strip of wood glued onto it. There is writing in ink on the back.
