Square silk panel with embroidered theatre scene. In the forefront of the scene five figures in elaborate clothing dance, some wearing headdresses and holding weapons. Behind them is a group under a canopy with a central male figure sitting on a throne, surrounded by five other figures. A border of flowers and insects separates this scene from a smaller one above, where a flutist sits inside a structure, with another figure and animals standing on the outside. Mountains can be seen in the background. To the left of this scene is a dragon, and to the right, a bird, possibly a phoenix. The background of both top and bottom scenes is embroidered entirely with metallic gold thread. This panel is sewn into a blue silk fabric frame, lined on the back with dark blue cotton. A paper label on the front bottom left corner says “Theatre scene wall hanging...” Colours are blue, gold, green, red, brown, light brown, purple, pink and yellow.
Civil rank badge. The silk badge vertically divides into two halves, with the embroidered image continuing across both pieces. Embroidery contains both silver and gold couching. The central figure is a standing bird, embroidered onto a separate piece of fabric that has been sewn onto the panel. The bird stands on one foot, with wings partly spread. The embroidered background, from bottom to top, has a two-tone regular pattern in gold, blue rectangles, an irregular pattern in gold, and small blue rectangles in a regular pattern interspersed with a variety of motifs. A border edges the panel in a repeating pattern of motifs. Colours are blue, dark blue, black, gold, green, and red.
