Narrow, dark, coarse stone blade that is wedge-shaped. Grooved along the top face toward the butt end to hold the hafting securely. Was originally lashed with hide strips (now wired) to a carved wood hafting platform with an acutely-angled branch providing a handle. Hide strips are looped and attached around the handle.
Wooden container with a cylindrical shaped handle, a triangular flat back with a large cone protrusion. The container is covered in black dyed leather and studded with nails. There is a hole at the end of the handle. The bottom edge of the base has holes with remnants of fibre twine still attached.
Gather-toe type moccasin with high top. Laced in front with braided purple, orange and green laces. Embroidered with floral design in green, purple, red, and yellow on the vamp and near the tops of both sides. Top edged with fur. Triangular, zigzagging embroidery in blue and red around the heels.
Beads and shells are strung in net-like fashion on cotton thread and attached to top of leather thongs which also form a fringe. Colours: white, green, yellow, blue, black, brown.
Brown, woven, leather sandals (parts c-d) with an open toe and a high back. The tops are detailed with a woven geometric lozenge pattern. The heals are made of pieces of leather, nailed together. Each sole has a number "2" written in pencil.
Brown leather sandals (parts c-d) with a strap across the toes, top and back. The top has a pierced bird decoration with red and green velvet underlay. There are two buckle fastenings on the side. Slight tooling around the edges of the sole. The soles are nailed. Written in pencil on the sole of part d is the number ‘25’.
Birch bark basket with a circular top and a square bottom. Birch bark is bent and laced together with root lashings. A split twig rim covers the top edge of the basket and is overcast with thin strips of root; a strip of bark is laced underneath the rim as reinforcement. Red and green beads are featured around the top of the rim. A strip of rawhide is strung from one side of the rim to the other as a handle.
Light brown birch bark basket with an oval-shaped top and a square bottom. Bark is bent and laced into place, with birch twine around the rim overcast with thin strips of root; pairs of decorative red beads are tied to the rim at four points. A handle made from a strip of rawhide is strung from one side of the rim to the other.
Rasp-like tool. Stingray skin has been stretched over wood, and laced together with rattan.
Brown wooden whistle that has a taper-cut semi-oval hole on one side, near the knob end, with a hide bellows bound to it at the other end. Bound with white string and a flat braided cord.
