Screen consisting of an embroidered image of an old man and woman raking pine needles below a pine tree framed with wood and with a sheet of glass protecting it. The image is embroidered in off-white, light pink, blue, brown, black, green and gold on a light orange-pink fabric background. The wood frame is divided into sections around the image with low-relief geometric designs as well as elongated oval holes, there are two vertical pieces at the sides of the frame with more geometric low-relief design as well as a finial at the top of each, two arched feet at the sides, and cloud-like carved protrusions at the top corners. The frame has a dark red-brown finish.

Sake container (a) with tapering cylinder shape and two arms that protrude upwards that are joined by a crossbar that acts as a handle. The container is also held together with four bands of twisted bamboo, two at the top edge, and two at the base. A stopper (b), also a tapering cylinder, fits into a hole in the the lid (part c). Reddish-brown finish overall.

Sake container (a) with a cylindrical shape that tapers slightly from top to base and two protruding arms that are joined with a crossbar for a handle. Six twisted bamboo bands secure the staves, two near the top and four at the bottom. The top (c) has a stopper (b) that fits into a hole near the edge. Stained reddish-brown with black painted Japanese characters on the outside of each arm. Painted with a red band across the top. The base (d) is loose in the container.

Mask depicting face of a guardian figure, which appears vicious with fangs and horns. Glass, blood-shot eyes; two circular patches on inside (probably covering the holes where the eyes were inserted); dark finish.

Stand that has been stained black and is cylindrical in shape. The stand has a flat top surface with a slight lip, three wide feet that follow the curve of the sides, and a cut out geometric design on the sides. Stamped "Made in Japan."
