Unfinished, green nephrite adze blank. The two faces are well polished, but the distal and proximal end are unfinished. The label that is included reads: "Green Nephrite Axe or Wedge. Broken. Locality: Unknown but appears to be British Columbia, Canada. Bamboo Hut. July 18, 1978. UR.un - piece. This measures 7 7/716" Long x 2 9/16" wide x 5/8" thick." J. Dark and light green nephrite adze. Bifacially bevelled bit, with slightly convex sides that taper gently to a rough end. Label included reads: "Nephrite, greenish-gray with dark brown streaks. Axe or Adz Blade. Locality: Unknown. Probably this is British Columbia. Fine work. Bamboo Hut. July 22, 1978. MMI.si - piece.
