Rattle1768/12

Oval wooden rattle with handle carved in one piece and remainder split and hollowed out. Pebbles(?) inside. Two halves are bound with twine at handle and attached through two sets of holes at each side. One side has black and red design, at outer edge, of head, eyes and ears. Other side has two large, double U-shapes and horizontal form lines in black and red.

Rattle1768/10

A carved ovoid shaped rattle with handle. Rattle is made of two pieces joined by metal pins on sides and base of handle. Front is convex with carved, painted human face with black eyes. Red face with black marking and crosshatching on either side of the nose. Mouth is red. Back has Northwest Coast design with ovoids, beak-like design, and crosshatching. Stones and shells inside rattle. The brown wood is painted dark red, red, and black.

Goblet2189/27

Goblet made of stone with a design carved into the outer surface leaving unpolished light brown areas. The design consists of a band of curvilinear forms at the rim, a band of inscription at mid-bowl says: "Stone from the Dead Sea" [also written in Turkish?]. There is a petal-like design at the base of the bowl; the stem and base both have raised bands.

Cream coloured stone figure consisting of the head facing forward wearing a headdress, the hands on its stomach and the feet together. The headdress, the garment worn and the leggings are decorated with line and triangular panels of geometric designs. There is a dark red pigment in the incisions on the figure.
